上醫健康事業股份有限公司於2005年，以能量醫學之父、台北榮民總醫院鍾傑教授、董事長賴正國博士及其所帶領的研發團隊為核心，共同設立以中醫科學化為核心主軸的研究型企業。
公司研發之PHCS【經絡道】系列之生理訊號檢測設備，傳承自鍾傑教授於1982年所研發之【秦值儀】，經過多年的改良，於2010年採用東吳大學陳國鎮教授的「電磁感應技術」為基礎、領先全世界的經絡信號檢測設備，普遍獲得學術研究單位以及醫療院所的認同與採用，在台灣FDA通過臨床測試，也是保健產業的重要確校工具，在全球已經十萬名專業用戶指定採用。
